Refund & Cancellation Policy – TheSkillBlaze

At TheSkillBlaze, we are committed to delivering high-value coaching services and resources to help you grow and succeed. Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to proprietary content, our refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and protect against misuse.

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds Policy

By purchasing any of our coaching sessions, digital access, or downloadable content, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including:

  • Non-usage of services

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to attend scheduled sessions

  • Claims of unauthorized purchase using prepaid or gift cards

All products and services sold by TheSkillBlaze are intangible, digital in nature, and/or time-based access to live coaching, and are considered delivered and consumed upon purchase or booking confirmation.

Proof of Delivery & Service Use

For each client, we maintain secure records of:

  • IP address and device used during purchase

  • Timestamp of purchase and digital content access

  • Attendance logs or recordings of coaching sessions

  • Login activity for any member portals or learning materials

  • Confirmation emails sent upon registration

These records serve as proof of delivery and usage and will be provided to the payment processor in the event of a chargeback or dispute.

Gift Card Purchases (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

Purchases made using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express prepaid or gift cards are subject to the same terms. Your use of such cards constitutes a binding agreement to this policy.

Any chargeback attempt after using our services will be considered fraudulent. We reserve the right to:

  • Report such behavior to the respective card issuer

  • Ban access to all current and future services

  • Pursue legal action if necessary

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied or have concerns regarding our services, we urge you to contact us directly at support@skillblazehub.com within 24 hours of purchase. We are happy to resolve concerns in a professional manner. However, initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be seen as a violation of this policy and will be contested with full evidence of service delivery.
