TheSkillBlaze provides digital coaching services, including live sessions, and access to online resources. These services are intended for educational purposes only, and results may vary based on individual effort, participation, and consistency.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments must be made in full prior to receiving access to services. We accept credit/debit cards and prepaid gift cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and acknowledge our no-refund policy.

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of coaching and immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, PDFs, course materials, session recordings, and other digital resources, is the intellectual property of TheSkillBlaze. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Client Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself professionally during coaching sessions. Harassment, abusive behavior, or misuse of services may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback after using our services is considered fraudulent. We maintain records of usage, including:

  • IP addresses and devices used during purchase

  • Access logs for digital content

  • Attendance and recordings of coaching sessions
    We will dispute all chargebacks with full evidence of service delivery.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to those changes.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Arkansas, USA.
